Angelus Foundation International
Angelus Foundation International is committed to full financial transparency and responsible management of all donated funds. Transparency is not optional for us. It is an ethical commitment and a core principle of our foundation.
Public Financial Reporting
All financial movements will be published regularly in the form of official PDF financial reports. These reports will include a detailed overview of received donations and their use.
- Reports will initially be published quarterly
- As the foundation grows, reporting will move to a monthly basis
- All reports will be publicly available on this website
Designated Donations
Donors may specify a particular project they wish to support — for example: daily centre operations, education programme, farm development, or community support.
- If a donation is designated for a specific purpose, the funds will be used exclusively for that project
- If no purpose is specified, donations will be allocated according to the foundation's current priorities, always in alignment with its mission
- Every designated donation will be reported separately in financial disclosures
Our Core Principle
Transparency is not a marketing tool.
It is a fundamental pillar of our existence.
We believe that respect for donors requires openness. We believe that protecting children requires clean and responsible financial management. We believe that trust is built with every number we publish.
Current Financial Status
Angelus Foundation International is operated by Cahaya Anak, a non-profit organization registered in the Slovak Republic since June 2025. The foundation is currently in the active preparation phase of its first project in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
We are fully transparent about where we stand today:

The foundation has not yet begun accepting public donations. Financial reports will be published regularly from the moment official donation acceptance begins.
How Donations Are Processed
Donations are processed through the following platforms:
- Goodstack — charitable donation platform
- Wise — international bank transfers and multi-currency accounts
Angelus Foundation International does not store or process payment data directly. Detailed bank account and Wise account details are available on the Support page.
Governance and Oversight
Financial decisions and the Director's compensation are subject to oversight by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board. No financial decision affecting the mission can be made unilaterally.
