The Next Step Is Not Another Document

EduAI already has a comprehensive project vision, educational model, technological architecture, safety principles, privacy framework and a defined model for how the wider ecosystem should operate.

The next step is children.

Angelus – Cahaya Anak is preparing the first 26-month EduAI pilot programme to bring the system into a real educational environment and evaluate how it performs through sustained, everyday learning.

100 Children in Year One.
200 Children Across Two Years.

During the first year, approximately 100 children will begin learning with EduAI. Each child will follow an individual learning journey, with the system adapting to their progress, pace and educational needs.

The critical question comes at the end of that first year: can EduAI successfully support those children in progressing to the next grade?

In the second year, the first group will continue to the next level of their education while approximately 100 new children enter the programme.

This will allow us to understand whether EduAI can preserve the educational continuity of existing children while simultaneously welcoming, understanding and educating an entirely new group.

Two Groups. Two Different Responsibilities.

The children who have already spent a full year with EduAI must be able to continue their individual educational journey without starting again from the beginning.

At the same time, new children entering EduAI must be gradually understood, supported and given their own individual learning paths.

EduAI must be able to grow with a child while opening the door to the next child.

A Daily Learning Centre for the Pilot

The first pilot is not intended to place technology into children's hands and then leave them on their own.

A dedicated daily learning centre will form part of the pilot. It will provide children with a safe and stable environment in which they can learn with EduAI while remaining surrounded by real people who can support them.

Children participating in the centre will receive meals throughout the day, so that hunger does not become another barrier between a child and education.

The pilot team will also include professionals with expertise in social support and child welfare who can work with the children and respond to social or family circumstances that technology alone cannot solve.

EduAI provides education.
People provide the human care around it.

Designed for Different Realities

The daily learning centre is part of the first pilot model. It is not a requirement for every future EduAI implementation.

Where conventional schools exist, children can begin within the traditional education system and gradually learn to use EduAI as part of their educational environment.

Where a conventional school does not exist, EduAI is designed to support learning at home or within community learning environments, with parents, caregivers and local mentors remaining part of the child's education.

A Pilot Means Meeting Reality

Having a complete vision does not mean pretending that we can predict every situation that will arise when real children, families, educators, mentors and technology meet in everyday life.

We know that situations we have not anticipated will emerge during the pilot.

A child may respond differently than expected. A parent or mentor may need a different way of working with the system. An educational process may need adjustment. A technical solution that works perfectly in development may need to change when it meets everyday reality.

That is precisely why the pilot exists.

We are not using the pilot to discover what EduAI should be. We are using it to confront a carefully designed system with reality, identify what reality teaches us, and solve those challenges before wider deployment.

What Should Exist After 26 Months?

Our goal is to emerge from the pilot with an EduAI ecosystem strengthened by real educational experience, measurable outcomes and the lessons that can only be learned through responsible implementation.

EduAI by Angelus should then be ready for further evaluation, localisation and responsible implementation in cooperation with governments, ministries of education, educational institutions, nonprofit and humanitarian organisations, and other accountable institutional partners.

EduAI Is Not a Commercial Project

EduAI by Angelus is not being created as a commercial product for private ownership.

It is not intended to become a system that an individual can purchase and control according to personal or commercial interests.

Future implementation is intended for responsible cooperation with governments, educational institutions, nonprofit and humanitarian organisations, and other accountable bodies capable of protecting the principles on which EduAI is built.

The technology may reach many countries.
Its ethical boundaries are not for sale.

The First Chapter

We Want to Begin

Angelus intends to launch the first EduAI pilot project, where we are beginning to establish our first contacts and explore potential partnerships.

Offers a particularly valuable environment for the first chapter of that journey: a country with strong technological development, cultural and linguistic diversity, established educational institutions, active communities and a strategic position at the heart.

This diversity matters. EduAI should not prove itself only under ideal conditions. It should learn from a real society in which communities, languages, educational realities and children's needs are not all the same.

We do not want to bring a finished European model. We want to build the first real implementation together with people who understand their children, communities and country better than anyone from outside ever could.

If the first pilot begins and EduAI one day helps children far beyond its borders, will always remain the place where this global idea received its first real opportunity.

What We Need Now

To launch the pilot, we need to bring together local partnerships, educational and technical expertise, an operational team, the daily learning centre and the financing required to run the complete 26-month programme.

The estimated funding required for the complete pilot is:

This includes the technological implementation, devices, staffing, the daily learning environment, meals for the participating children, social-support professionals, educational support, safety, operations and the wider infrastructure required to implement and evaluate the pilot responsibly.

We Are Not Looking Only for Donors.
We Are Looking for Partners.

Funding is essential. But funding alone cannot launch EduAI.

We need people and organisations who understand local communities, education and institutions, and who can help ensure that EduAI is built with the people it is intended to serve rather than imposed upon them from outside.

A partner may contribute funding. A partner may provide expertise. A partner may connect us with a community, institution, government or organisation.

Sometimes one right connection can move an entire project forward.
