Angelus – Cahaya Anak has established a new international partnership with the U.S.-based nonprofit Impact Innovation Foundation (IIF). The partnership brings together two organizations that share the belief that education and technology should expand opportunities for people regardless of their geographic or social circumstances.
For EduAI, this partnership represents another important step from the detailed design of the system toward the preparation of its first real-world pilot.
Who Is Impact Innovation Foundation?
Impact Innovation Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working at the intersection of education, technology, innovation, and trust in emerging technologies.
Its work focuses on expanding access to education and technology and helping communities prepare for a world in which digital technologies and artificial intelligence play an increasingly important role.
IIF works with young people, women entrepreneurs, startups, families experiencing homelessness, and communities with limited access to educational and technological opportunities. Its work also includes initiatives focused on responsible artificial intelligence and AI education for young people.
Why This Partnership Makes Sense
EduAI by Angelus is being developed to make quality education accessible to children whose geographic, social, or infrastructural circumstances significantly limit or completely prevent access to conventional schooling.
IIF works from a closely aligned principle: technology and innovation should serve people and expand opportunity rather than create additional barriers.
This shared focus on education, access to technology, responsible artificial intelligence, and meaningful social impact created a natural foundation for collaboration between Angelus – Cahaya Anak and IIF.
What the Partnership Means for EduAI
Impact Innovation Foundation becomes a Strategic Partner of EduAI.
Through the partnership, IIF will provide professional perspectives, consultation, and strategic guidance on technological, educational, strategic, and organizational matters related to the preparation of EduAI’s first pilot.
An important part of this collaboration will also be the professional review of the EduAI concept. IIF Founder and CEO Dr. Diane Tucker will personally review the EduAI 1.0 and EduAI 2.0 conceptual documents and provide Angelus with her professional perspective on the system and its further development.
For Angelus, this feedback is particularly valuable at this stage. EduAI is at a point where weaknesses can still be identified, assumptions challenged, and solutions refined before the system is confronted with the realities of pilot implementation.
The purpose of this partnership is therefore not simply to validate what has already been created. Its value lies in bringing an additional professional perspective that can help prepare EduAI for the realities of its first pilot.
A Partnership Built on Independence
Angelus – Cahaya Anak and Impact Innovation Foundation remain separate and independent organizations. The partnership does not change the ownership or independence of EduAI.
EduAI remains a project created and developed under Angelus – Cahaya Anak, while IIF contributes professional expertise, perspective, consultation, and strategic guidance to its preparation.
This model allows both organizations to maintain their own identity and independence while bringing together their experience where it can create meaningful value.
From Design to Reality
The first EduAI pilot is planned for Malaysia. Before implementation begins, Angelus will undertake a period of preparation in the country — from understanding local conditions and community needs to consulting relevant professionals, institutions, and potential local partners.
The partnership with IIF adds another layer of professional review and international collaboration to this preparation.
EduAI follows a simple principle:
Reality first. Technology second.
Technology alone cannot solve the problem of inaccessible education. It must be designed to respect children, local conditions, culture, educational environments, and the people who will work with it.
The Beginning of a Shared Journey
The partnership between Angelus – Cahaya Anak and Impact Innovation Foundation marks the beginning of a collaboration that can develop further alongside EduAI.
Both organizations share the belief that innovation has its greatest value when it can improve people’s lives in the real world.
For Angelus, this partnership is therefore more than another step in preparing the first pilot. It is also an opportunity to confront EduAI with new professional perspectives before it faces its most important test:
the reality of the children it was created to serve.
